Defect

Potential production issue with the manufacture of the throttle body. The intercooler sleeve may detach and cause the engine malfunction indicator to illuminate and a loss of engine power.

Hazard

Loss of engine power may result in an accident and injury to occupants of the vehicle and other road users.

Remedy

Consumers should contact the nearest Fiat Professional Dealer to book in their vehicle so that the existing intercooler sleeve and clamps can be replaced.
