Defect

The Occupant Restraint Control (ORC) module has a software error.

Hazard

The software error could result in non-deployment of the side-curtain airbag and increase the risk of injury to occupants.

Remedy

A letter is being sent to affected customers. Contact your local Chrysler dealerships to arrange an appointment for them to reprogram the module with new software.
