Bambu Lab A1 3D printers. The recalled 3D printers have the letter “A” as the sixth digit in their serial number, located on the QR code sticker on the rear of the printer. Sold between 8 November 2023 and 27 January 2024
Risk of serious injury, death from burns or electric shock and/or property damage from fire if the heatbed cable is damaged and it short-circuits. Incidents have occurred overseas and in Australia.
Stop using affected printers immediately and disconnect from the power source. Contact Bambu Lab to arrange return of the printer for a full refund or free replacement of the heatbed and cable by a local electronics repairer. Consumers requesting a full refund will be sent a prepaid shipping label to return the printer. Consumers must not attempt to fix the recalled product themselves.
