Portable rechargeable Bluetooth loudspeakers powered by an internal lithium-ion battery pack, charged via the supplied mains adaptor. The speakers are sold in pairs in light grey, dark grey and blue colours. Each Yoyo (M) speaker has a serial number printed on its underside, in the format FD C109XX XXXX XXXX. The characters after "FD" are the model reference. All serial numbers are affected.
Risk of serious injury, death and/or property damage from burns and fire if the battery overheats and catches fire. Incidents have occurred with the product catching fire, including during charging, and have led to property damage.
Stop using affected products immediately and disconnect from the power supply. Complete the online form at https://www.cambridgeaudio.com/row/en/product-safety/yoyo-m-au. You will need the reference and serial number from the underside of each speaker and a photograph of the product showing the serial number. Cambridge Audio will provide a refund after verifying the claim and will provide instructions for safe disposal of the product at an appropriate facility that accepts lithium-ion batteries. Do not place the product in household rubbish or recycling bin.
