Risk of death or serious injury from asphyxiation if the regulator does not supply adequate air to a diver when used.
Stop using affected regulators immediately. Do not use the regulator until it has been inspected and verified as safe to use. Please return the regulator to the place of purchase or an authorised Apeks service centre. Affected regulators will be inspected and, if necessary, repaired free of charge by qualified technicians using approved Apeks replacement components.
