Travel adaptors for use with the below plugs with no power conversion: Europe to Australia - Adaptor EU to Aus/NZ USA to Australia - Adaptor USA to Aus/NZ UK to Australia - Adaptor UK to Aus/NZ Only products with markings '-16' and '-17' are affected by this recall. These markings are on the rear of the adaptor.
Risk of serious injury or death from electric shock from uninsulated plug pins. Risk of property damage if the product catches fire.
Consumers should immediately stop using the adaptors and disconnect from power supply and appliances. Return the adaptor to any BIG W store for a full refund, or contact recall@clgroup.au to arrange the return of the product and refund.
