Risk of serious injury from falls if the shoe’s heel detaches while being worn. Incidents of the heel detaching have occurred.
Stop wearing the heels immediately. Contact the FRANKIE4 Customer Care team to arrange to return the heels and receive a full refund issued to your original payment method. The return will be arranged at no cost to you. Alternatively, return the heels to any FRANKIE4 Concept Store. If you have gifted or resold your Amara heels, please pass this notice on to the person who received the heels.
