Turbo Como SL electric bicycles MY2021-2023, in multiple colours and models. Please see attached list of affected models.
Risk of serious injury or death from a collision if the fork fails during use. Incidents involving the fork failing have occurred overseas.
Stop using the bicycle immediately. Contact your nearest authorised Specialized retailer to schedule a service appointment for the fork to be replaced free of charge, or for a refund. Replacement parts are expected to be available in May 2026.
