Risk of serious illness or death if a child swallows the contents of the product. Risk of serious injury if the product comes into contact with mucous membranes (eg, mouth, nose or eyes) or skin. An incident of a child ingesting the product has occurred.
Stop using the product immediately and place out of reach of children. Return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund.
