Risk of serious injury or death from strangulation and asphyxiation if a child is snagged on an accessory hook. An incident has occurred in the USA resulting in a fatality.
Stop using the play kitchen immediately, remove the accessory hooks and dispose of them in general household waste. Once the hooks are removed, the product may continue being used.
