Due to a manufacturing defect, the cell modules installed in the high voltage battery may be defective. As a result, it could cause a thermal overload leading to a vehicle fire when the vehicle is parked with a fully charged battery.

Due to a manufacturing defect, the brake pedal rod may not have been fastened to the specified torque and could detach. If this occurs, it can result in a reduction in braking performance and/or a loss of vehicle control. Note: the parking brake can still be used to stop the vehicle.
