Due to the improper plating on the moveable contacts on the horn and starter switch, if continuously used, dust or water could enter the switch block, which could lead to corrosion on the contact surface of the terminals.

The fastening nut from the drive pulley on the CVT has been insufficiently tightened due to an improper tightening method and incorrect tightening torque. During assembly, soldering flux may have been left on the contact terminals of the ignition switch base.
