Due to a software issue, the electric power steering system under certain driving conditions may become temporarily inoperable. Should this occur, steering will remain functional. However, the driver may experience a noticeable increase in steering effort, particularly when cornering.

Due to a manufacturing issue, the cell modules installed in the high voltage battery may be defective, which could cause a thermal overload leading to a vehicle fire. Additionally, this may cause reduction in driving range. A warning light (check engine) may illuminate on the instrument cluster.

Due to a manufacturing issue, the radiator on some vehicles may not be properly secured. This could cause the radiator to move and may result in the loss of engine coolant. A loss of coolant will be indicated by visual and audible warnings for low coolant. If the warnings are ignored by the driver, engine overheating and subsequent power loss can occur.
